Zoey was counting down all week until this moment arrived. Getting to play in the sand at the beach. It was a bit windy and cold, but she didn't even seem to notice.
Josiah is seven months old and got to celebrate by going to the beach for the very first time. He had lots of fun.
Josiah liked to grab the sand and let it run through his fingers. I thought for sure he would want to put the sand in his mouth, but that didn't seem to be on his agenda. It was very cute watching him playing in the sand.
This is how he got his first taste of sand. Put the handle in your mouth, wave it around, let it land in the sand a few times and then put it in your mouth again. Yummy.
